1. Services
Lorenz Digital Hub provides digital marketing services including social media management, branding, video production, SEO and performance marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
2. Payments
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Monthly retainers are billed in advance; project fees follow the agreed schedule. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the relevant platforms unless otherwise agreed.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and information reasonably required for us to deliver the services.
4. Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement. Project work already performed remains payable.
6. Limitation of liability
We deliver our services professionally but do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
